I would have no hesistation in recommending any session with Nnenna, she has in depth knowledge and will take the time to listen and understand any physical challenges that you are facing and tailor the sessions to best fit the challenges. In my case after attending a Pelvic Floor workshop I booked a follow up personal session with Nnenna. The workshop gave a good grounding in knowledge of what affected the Pelvic Floor and in the personal session we were able to work on exercises to aid in my recovery. Since the session my Pelvic Floor has inproved 10 fold which is particulalry useful when performing more intense exercises. I can not recommend Nnenna highly enough. I have had one-to-one sessions with her as well as duet sessions and been to her classes. In all forums her skill and passion shine through. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and has helped me recover from a back injury that I thought would leave me in pain forever. Since having sessions with Nnenna my posture has improved, I move better and easier, and now I’m even trying running (yes, she can even help with that!)
